The Last of Us Part II
The Last of Us Part II was a great success for both Sony and Naughty Dog. The game set new standards in visuals and gameplay for Naughty Dog and even PlayStation at that time. Some even suggested that the game had a very good story.
All these things could have only ended one way, with a third installment. And now, it appears one of the actors that worked in Part II is teasing something—maybe Part 3?
The Last of Us Part II actor is teasing a new Naughty Dog project
Shannon Woodward, the actress who played the role of Ellie’s partner Gina in The Last of Us Part II, might be teasing a sequel. She recently decided to rile her fanbase up with a very interesting Instagram post in which she is in a studio posing with Ronan Farrow, a journalist and son of Mia Farrow and Woody Allen. The caption was “top secret video game” followed by three smiling face with open hands emojis.
For some, this might mean nothing, but for the fans of the series who like digging for clues, it was a tease. One Reddit user pointed out that Farrow actually follows Neil Druckmann. And it has been mentioned a number of times before that Neil is actually in the process of writing and directing a new video game. Also, one of the fans said that three emojis mean Part 3.

This can mean anything; it can mean these two are part of Neil’s next game, which is unrelated to this popular franchise. Or it can be the Last of Us Part 3, and everyone should brace for yet another kick in the head after a long hype. They can even be part of that live service multiplayer game based in The last of Us universe called Factions.
Previously, it was also said that Naughty Dog is working on a brand-new project that is completely unrelated to the Last of Us series. Some even said that this new game is a PlayStation 5 exclusive medieval or fantasy RPG. Can’t wait to see how Neil Druckmann “redefines” the fantasy genre.
