Nintendo Switch emulator is back online
The Nintendo Switch is on its way to becoming the best-selling console of all time. It has already crossed the Nintendo DS, becoming the best-selling console ever in Japan. Its success is such that Nintendo has officially announced Switch as their main focus going forward; all this has happened, but there’s no Nintendo Switch 2 to be seen.
But it appears things will change for the better very soon. Some rumors had already been talking about Nintendo planning to reveal Switch 2 very soon, but now a very credible source has suggested that we might see that console as soon as March 2024!
The Nintendo Switch 2 March announcement seems plausible
A very popular Nintendo-focused YouTuber, NateTheHate, is suggesting that a Nintendo Switch announcement might come this March. In a recent podcast, he said, “Nintendo will announce Switch 2 in March. Everything I’m hearing dating back to Gamescom last year has indicated something was happening in March. That talk has resurfaced in the past few weeks, and it is indicating that the Switch 2 is set for a reveal or an announcement in March.” If this ends up being true, we might see the console launching somewhere around September or October of 2024.
There’s a bunch of stuff that Nintendo has kept aside just so they can reveal it with the Nintendo Switch 2. Some have speculated that games like Metroid Prime 4 and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door would launch on the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 as well. There are also rumors of some of the biggest Nintendo Switch hits making their way to its successor in their improved or remastered form.
This is an exciting time; we already have a trailer for GTA 6, Microsoft is slowly going SEGA’s way and turning into a third part, and now we have Nintendo Switch 2 to look forward to.
There are new Pokemon games in the works for the Nintendo Switch
While the conversation about Nintendo Switch 2 is not stopping at all, rumors about a couple of Nintendo Switch Pokemon games have started surfacing too. A couple of days ago, some 4Chan users suggested that remakes for Gold, Silver, and Crystal were on their way to the Nintendo Switch.

These games would reportedly be called Pokémon Let’s Go Wooper and Pokémon Let’s Go Togepi and would serve as sequels to Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee. They also suggested that these would be the final Pokemon titles Games Freak would launch for the Nintendo Switch before moving on to Switch 2.
If all this is true, then Nintendo is bound to reveal these games very soon, sometime before the Switch 2 announcement. Maybe the rumored February Nintendo Direct?
