- Automatic Love: The distortion effect caused by selecting specific dialogue options at the end of the quest will no longer persist.
- Ghost Town: Issues with the quest getting stuck on the “Defeat Nash and his people” objective have been fixed.
- Gig: Breaking News: Ted Fox’s car will now spawn correctly, and the gig will trigger as expected.
- Gig: Going-Away Party: Players can now get in the car with Flavio, as it will no longer spawn underground.
- Gig: The Lord Giveth and Taketh Away: The Militech SUV will no longer appear underground.
- Killing in the Name: Leaving the quest unfinished will no longer block clue scanning, and the Bartmoss Collective website will now be visible in all cases.

- Playing for Time: Issues with healing and radio icons disappearing from the HUD have been fixed.

- UI issues showing controller inputs when using a keyboard and mouse have been fixed.
- Achievements for Phantom Liberty that were not unlocking on PC due to a backend issue will now be retroactively unlocked on GOG and Steam.
