Microsoft Activision
The Microsoft Activision deal might get finalized very soon now. Xbox fans everywhere cannot be excited enough regarding this deal. And it makes sense too; at $69 billion dollars, this might be the biggest deal ever made in gaming. Some say this move would change Microsoft’s stance in the gaming industry.
But it looks like after trying their darnest to stop this deal and claiming how it would give Microsoft an unfair advantage over PlayStation, Sony does not care!
PlayStation President Jim Ryan couldn’t care less about the Microsoft Activision deal!
The game is simple: you try to win, and I pull you down. If you succeed in winning somehow, I say I never cared about winning anyway. I have personally done this a number of times. The art of being a sour loser comes naturally to us humans. PlayStation President Jim Ryan is no different.
Jim Ryan once called the deal “anticompetitive” and wanted it to be blocked. This sentiment was also noticed when he mentioned once that the Microsoft Activision deal would cause such harm to the PlayStation brand that “it would never recover” And they tried too; in the USA and Europe, they tried everywhere, but Microsoft was also playing a game, and they won.

Very soon, Xbox Game Pass will have a slew of Activision titles. And Jim Ryan couldn’t care less. He said recently in an interview that their purchase of Bungie would be more fruitful than Microsoft’s purchase of Activision.
This statement clearly shows he is not happy, and it also shows that he thinks a couple of Live Service titles can have more value than a library of single-player games, mobile games, and one of the biggest-selling franchises in gaming.
Okay, Jim, you are the expert in all this; we will wait and see where it goes. We have no horses in this race; we are just here to play some games. On a less serious note, Xbox, PlayStation 5 and PC now have the closest thing that we can call a Bloodborne sequel; you should give it a try, its on Game Pass too.
