The GTA 6 trailer, when would it be out, what would Rockstar Games show in it, and how would they present the starring duo in this trailer? What of Vice City? Has it changed much? Would it feature helicopters, planes, and bikes? Can we hunt the bigfoot finally? Can we ride horses? There are millions of questions that it has to answer, yet it’s nowhere to be seen.
While Rockstar Games refuses to make any comments on GTA 6’s upcoming trailer, many people on the internet have turned it into snake oil. People just keep on selling what they want, and others keep on buying.
No, GTA 6 trailer information has not leaked; maybe it never will!
There’s a subreddit called r/GamingLeaksandRumors; it’s heaven for gaming fans. They can get a glimpse of what’s next for the industry from that sub. It probably features leaks of upcoming or unannounced games that are mostly true. But when a game gets too huge and there’s close to no information about it online, this sub becomes a game of “floor is lava.”
You have to look around very carefully and choose what might be true and what might be false. Currently, the GTA 6 trailer is the hot topic there, and every day this sub gets a post from some random person claiming to have seen the trailer for this game. Then they go on to list every detail of that trailer in pointers, which seems somewhat authentic, and then it is debunked. And it’s always very easy to debunk these, just ask them for proof of authentication, in response you would get a silly answer or a photoshopped ID or screenshot of an unrelated email ID of some Rockstar Games employee.
They often mention that either them, their spouse, or some random relative (insert Nintendo Uncle Joke) working at Rockstar as their source of that information.

These snake oil salesmen are there for upvotes, the “likes” of Reddit, or just messing with an eager community. Sometimes they are so convincing that even yours truly got sucked into it. One thing I would say though is that those trailer descriptions are very creative, and two of them even claim that Rockstar Games would use “That’s All by Genesis” in this reveal trailer, which would be a perfect fit for a game dealing with a couple.
One thing that I am very hopeful for, though, is that we will see the GTA 6 trailer sometime next week. The reason being that GTA 5’s trailer was released on October 25th, 2011. I have high hopes that Rockstar will be consistent here. And I hope for “That’s All by Genesis” to be featured in it.
